All information within the NMP App is provided in good faith; however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information contained in the NMP App.

The NMP App does not provide legal advice. The checklists, form references, and guidance provided are general in nature and may not reflect the specific requirements of your state, county, lender, signing service, or title company. Notary laws and requirements vary significantly by jurisdiction and are subject to change without notice.

If instructions provided by a signing service, title company, or lender conflict with guidance provided in the NMP App, you must follow the instructions of the signing service, title company, or lender.

Under no circumstances shall the developers, owners, or affiliates of Notary Mentor Pro be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the NMP App or reliance on any information provided within the NMP App. Your use of the NMP App and reliance on its content is solely at your own risk.

Notary Mentor Pro does not collect, store, transmit, or retain any borrower or client personally identifiable information (PII).

Only limited, non-personally identifiable usage data is stored locally on your device.

What We Do Not Collect

• Borrower or client names
• Addresses or phone numbers
• Dates of birth or Social Security numbers
• Government-issued identification numbers
• Loan numbers or account numbers
• Document images, signatures, or scans
• Any personally identifiable information (PII) of any party

What We Store Locally

• Checklist completion status (checked/unchecked)
• Session timestamps
• Selected signing type (e.g., Purchase, Refinance)
• Selected state
• Your commission profile information

All data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties.

Clearing your browser data, switching devices, or changing browsers may permanently delete stored information. Notary Mentor Pro is not responsible for any data loss resulting from local storage limitations or user actions.

All content, branding, workflows, checklists, interface designs, text, logos, guidance systems, and proprietary processes within Notary Mentor Pro are the intellectual property of Notary Mentor Pro and its owners.

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, scrape, clone, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission.

By accessing or using the NMP App, you agree to the following terms:

1. Professional Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable notary laws, regulations, lender requirements, and industry standards in your jurisdiction. The NMP App is a supplementary reference tool and does not replace your professional judgment, certification, or training.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy: The NMP App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any checklist, form reference, or guidance. Laws, lender requirements, and industry standards change frequently, and the NMP App may not reflect the most current information.
3. Lender and Title Company Priority: Instructions from the signing service, title company, or lender always take precedence over any guidance provided by the NMP App.
4. No Document Handling: The NMP App does not accept, process, store, or transmit loan documents, identification documents, or sensitive materials. Users must not upload, photograph, or input borrower or client information into the NMP App.
5. Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device. Notary Mentor Pro is not responsible for data loss resulting from browser clearing, device replacement, software updates, or other local storage issues.
6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers, owners, and affiliates of Notary Mentor Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the NMP App.
7. Informal Resolution Requirement: You agree to provide written notice to Notary Mentor Pro of any dispute within thirty (30) days of its occurrence and to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally before initiating arbitration or other legal proceedings.
8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the NMP App or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
9. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Notary Mentor Pro.
10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any permitted court proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
